Data we collect
- Inquiry form data: name, email, optional engagement interest, team/stack notes, and message content
- Communications: emails or calls you initiate with us
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) needed to operate and secure the site
- Cookie preferences: your accept/reject choice stored in localStorage on your device (see Cookies)
We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or national ID numbers through the website form.

Retention

Sharing
We use infrastructure providers to host email and the static website. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Taiwanese law or to defend legal claims.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses or equivalent). Engagement work may involve reviewing systems hosted in other regions when that is your architecture; such access is governed by the statement of work.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Children
This site and our services are directed at professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change materially and adjust the “last updated” date above.
