Acceptance
By accessing sitemaplehub.click or engaging Site Maple Hub for DevOps enablement, CI/CD pipeline audits, or related consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a statement of work or equivalent written agreement. Published starting prices may change and do not constitute an offer until confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Website content, report templates, and materials we create remain the property of Site Maple Hub unless a signed agreement assigns or licenses them otherwise. Client pipeline definitions, source code, and confidential business information remain the client’s property. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for lawful access grants, and for decisions you make based on our findings. We provide professional advice and recommendations; we do not operate your production systems unless a separate agreement expressly says so.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Site Maple Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from consulting work, including lost profits or release delays. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or submit malicious content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (TW). Courts in New Taipei City / Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
